A: Yes, all batteries will eventually wear out. If you need to dispose of your battery, please contact a lithium battery recycling facility. You can purchase a new battery by visiting www.barebonesthe.com. We recommend only using Barebones batteries. Using non-Barebones batteries will cancel the warranty. We recommend keeping a few extra fully-charged batteries with you if you plan an extended outing away from a power source. Do not use or charge the Light Stick in temperatures below 32°F or above 113°F.

Great company
I ordered this flashlight as a Christmas gift for our son-in-law. He has not opened it as he is waiting for our daughter to return from helping our granddaughter in the Navy. I will say though that the ordering process was excellent as well as the company's communication in the delivery and arriving process. I am certain that the gift will be used and appreciated.
